Shoppa’s Wins Coveted President’s Award For 15th Year
Shoppa’s Material Handling and Shoppa’s Mid America were the recipients of numerous awards at the annual Toyota Material Handling U.S.A. Annual Forklift Dealer meeting in March. SMH was honored to receive the coveted Toyota President’s Award for the 15th year. The President’s Award recognizes excellence in parts, service and equipment sales, overall operations and customer satisfaction. Additionally, SMH received the Toyota Sales Elite Award that recognizes Toyota material handling dealers with high sales of new Toyota equipment. SMA, located in Kansas City, MO., received Service Excellence, Parts Excellence and CSS Excellence awards, as well.
Toyota Sales Society also recognized numerous sales staff, including SMH’s Glen Fink, Jason Bratton, Randy Chiles, Matt Racak and Trent Turner for selling 150 or more new units, SMH’s Garrett Eagle, James Thompson and Randy White, as well as Tou Thao of SMA, in the 100 or more category, and James Freeman, Nathan Chiles and Larry Sanders, all from SMH, in the 75 or more category.
