The concept of developing the zero-emissions hydrogen fuel cell system is to promote better fuel times, reduce cost on batteries, and to free up space that is needed to currently fuel forklifts. Hydrogen fuel cell powered forklifts can provide significant benefits over the typical diesel and battery powered forklifts because they produce no local emissions and they can work a full 8-hours on a single tank of hydrogen fuel and refuel in about a minute.
