New Pre-Owned Toyota Forklift E-Commerce Website Launches Today

Shoppa’s Material Handling has partnered with Toyota Industries Commercial Finance, Inc. (TCIF), a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Global Commercial Finance, Inc. based in Dallas Texas, to launch an e-commerce website for the lease, rental or sale of pre-owned, late-model used material handling forklifts.

The new venture, National Off Lease Equipment Center, combines the large selection of late model Toyota forklifts coming off lease nationwide and offering them to the public through the new e-commerce website with the benefits of a local dealer. Shoppa’s Material Handling will be responsible for housing much of the inventory, inspecting the forklifts, servicing, repairing and delivering the units ordered to the customers’ location.

Celebrate National Forklift Safety Day with our Safety Training Courses

Shoppa’s stays very busy reducing operational costs and increasing productivity for their customers. But on National Forklift Safety Day, it gives Shoppa’s the opportunity to take a step back and highlight the safe use of forklifts and the importance of operator training.

National Forklift Safety Day is an event sponsored by the Industrial Truck Association held once a year. Its intent is to provide the material handling industry the opportunity to educate customers about safe forklift operation.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, from 2011 to 2014, 261 workers were killed in forklift accidents, where the industrial truck was the primary cause.

We want our customers to take precautions for the possible dangers when operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. To facilitate this, we offer professional operator training courses.
