What is the MyToyota Store?
The MyToyota Store is owned and operated by Toyota Material Handling, Inc. the North American OEM of Toyota industrial products and parts. It’s a marketplace connecting customers with authorized Toyota dealers for quick and easy online shopping.
When can I shop?
The portal is open 24/7/365. Any parts purchased will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days for expedited shipping orders and 5-7 business days for standard shipping orders. For equipment purchases, your Shoppa’s Material Handling representative will contact you to set up a delivery time.
Do online purchases have the same warranty as purchases made through the dealer?
Yes. Parts and equipment purchased on the MyToyota Store have the same warranties as those purchased offline.
Can I pick up my order at a Shoppa’s Material Handling location?
Yes, when placing a parts order, you will have the option during checkout to “Pick Up At Dealer.” If you are buying equipment, please put a note in the delivery details that you would like to pick it up yourself and provide a phone number where we can reach you to schedule a pickup time.
If I purchase equipment online, will Shoppa’s Material Handling still service it?
