[March 18th, 2024] – Toyota Material Handling (TMH) announced Shoppa’s Mid America (SMA) is a recipient of the annual President’s Award for 2023, which recognizes the top Toyota forklift dealers in North America who perform at the highest level in parts, service, equipment sales, customer satisfaction, and overall operations. This is Mid America’s first time ever winning the President’s Award. Winning this award places Mid America among an elite group of dealerships recognized for their exceptional performance and contribution to the industry. Mid America’s win will mark an overall count of 19 President’s Awards for the Shoppa’s dealerships.

Gracen Kahler was recognized as Toyota’s Marketing Manager of the Year. This award honors the top-performing Marketing Manager across the dealer network who demonstrates superior performance in marketing, exemplary peer leadership, and the development of innovative marketing initiatives.
